Monarca and Leviathan are unable to fire at each other. They should both have hdt0, but are showing "Hdt:-100 (no guns or crew available)". They both fired in turn 49 and nothing significant changed (both moved by 1 and both lost 1 crew but no full crew sections lost).
I'm pausing all my games for the moment.
Yes, it appears no one can fire in any game! I would not suggest moving right now until it is fixed.
