Same bug in game 13693( http://www.youplay.it/beta/play/ws_GameMove.asp?GameID=13693 ) at turn 50.

Monarca and Leviathan are unable to fire at each other. They should both have hdt0, but are showing "Hdt:-100 (no guns or crew available)". They both fired in turn 49 and nothing significant changed (both moved by 1 and both lost 1 crew but no full crew sections lost).

I'm pausing all my games for the moment.
