| Message text The wind is a constant factor in the limited number of scenarios available. Is there a way to have the wind flucuate? Is this idea unrealistic and naive? The players with plenty of experience probably know the better first moves or best ways to adjust to the other player's moves. The change in wind would provide uncertainity but it would apply to both sides.
As for the point system: A new statistic should be developed giving 100 points for a perfect win with adjustments made accordingly down to zero for a blowout. I've been there. {sniff} A player surrending gives up all his available ships as captured but maintains his percentage of combat, however slim. |
