There has been some discussion about ships not firing, so I thought you might be interested in this. In game 11965, Exeter did not fire. She's the same distance from an enemy and a friendly ship, did not fire last time (so it's not a question of the broadside being left empty) and the HDT is set to zero.

Any ideas? Did I miss something obvious? With only three guns, she wouldn't have done much, but I believe it should have at least listed a "could not fire" on the turn report, no?

I haven't made any orders since I noticed this (sorry guys) as I thought the developers might want to see it.
