Thanks for reporting, the cause has been identified and I'll make the fix on the code as soon as I can.
This should affect only Turn 2 as basically the code ignores the moves done on Turn 1 only.

Also, did we miss the "range 1 rake" when the target ship can still shoot at the raking ship (when the ships form a modified "T") or is that only an Advanced rule? I'll check into it further, as I saw that positioning of ships in a game this week, but don't recall if a rake bonus was applied or not.
