This is a difficult situation. Without Natador, Becks should move first as he is tailing a friendly plane only.

But personal opinion I would also recommend Becks to move first.

Yes, obviously Becks should move. He has been on AutoPilot for a few days now in one of my leagues so it should happen soon.

If he's on Autopilot, and he's already selected to Tail, he'll never move.
