In leagues you could get say 2 points for each shoot down
1 point for an Honorable retirement
-2 points for retiring without honor
There are pros and cons for changing the scoring system, rules, playing format and etc.. Keep in mind (have not seen any postings on the matter), the occassional player that is stuck with rudder damage leading him off the board. Is it fair to lump him in the same catagory as the wussies? Take away his points and penalize for being in an unfortunate situation when actually trying to play the game accordingly?
Rather than continually add rules and regulations to hinder the play of a small percentage of players (we all know who they are), can't we all just police ourselves (ie. pick who to play with, what scenerio etc.).
