In the past new scenarios will go through a trial period before going on the league system. Nick wants balanced scenario usually. That is why you don't see those 3+ on 1 scenario in the league.

However you can always ask Monkey Hanger to put them in the league system.

BTW Getting leagues going is not so easy these days. Maybe people are on summer vacations. No harm setting them up but they may get timed out after 14 days.
