I agree with GraysGhost. It is impossible to find yourself unless you are near the top.

I think we may want a separate list for pilots who have actually shot something down than scoring points with no shoot downs.

Even splitting into 100 alive and 100 dead or filtering to "those who have shot something down" would result in very long list.
I usually search my name (or others) in the list by using the search function of my browser (it should be activated with CTRL+F on both Internet Explorer and Firefox I think).
Anyway, if the purpose is just to find your *alive* pilot, I've devised a solution:

You can now find your alive pilot for a certain side (Allied or German) simply by adding #YourusernameSide to the page link.
Example:
http://www.killyourbrain.com/BMCampaign/index.html#GraysGhostAllied
or
http://www.killyourbrain.com/BMCampaign/index.html#BlueDragonGerman
The modified link will scroll the page directly to your alive position in the Top 200 list.
If you have no alive pilot for that side or if your pilot is outside the Top 200 the modified link will have no scrolling effect.
Warning: you have to type your username exactly as it appears on Youplay, e.g. bluedragon instead of BlueDragon will not work.
Tip: you may want to bookmark the modified link with your own username instead of typing it everytime.
