Perhaps, but the Advanced games are 65% more fun. Considering that Standard games are 75% luck, that isn't much of a premium for that much more fun.

Yes for many players with an average die roll of "3" or better and get an average amount of special damage chits the advanced games can be fun. But for those few of us whose guns stay jammed, get every special damaged chit and never see our opponents recieve anything close to an equity in results the advanced games can be very demoralizing. This is not a complant and for those new players that get to frustrated in advanced games try playing a few standard games.
