Wertzz's observer fires at Val42 (distance 3) instead of Sgancio or Gabriel Guerin (distance 2)?

Personal matters against Val42, perhaps?


Although Sgancio or Gabriel Guerin are better shots, they still have a value of zero. Since no shot has a possibility of doing damage the computer just randomly picks a target.
