Most of us who get challenge by ksnake knows about his code of conduct with respect to his challenges. My advice to you is that you should refuse the challenges if you do not like his style in non-competitive or non-league games. He may challenge you again but you can just refuse the challenges. I think 98% of the people (other than flying_neko) responded to your original post get challenges with ksnake and managed to live with his honor system.
I think flying_neko comment (about no in-game communication) is out of place and I doubt he has ever flew against ksnake in his challenge games. I don't see any issue with wild chit chat in any non-league challenge games. It is just a gathering of friends.
