Very balanced if you know how to play it.

Both sides can win. Quick and fun. I just came back from Erie and was able to see the full size working replica of the Niagra. Beautiful.

The only issue I can see for league play is the side with 2 ships can loose because it has less ships than the other side even if it wins by points.
