I've downloaded the Hasbro PDF file, can't print anything right now, but if I have any problem, I'll let you know.

I have the spreadsheet used for scenarios and will see if I can come up with something new.

Most of the scenarios are "balanced" by points (and even then the balance is not exact) and they often feature Average French crews against Crack English crews. Certain youplay.it folks don't care for the "mismatch" the crew differential creates.
Personally, I feel it adds spice to the situation when not all things are exactly equal - I prefer WS&IM battles where each side is given "X" number of points, and has to purchase their ships from the appropriate Nation's tables as provided in the rules. That way players can tailor their fleets to their own style of play.

As for Trafalgar - truely too many ships!
