Numerous emails sent - direct challenges issued - and he is logging on so just WHY the guy hasn't signed up, and is ignoring effectively many different players, is something only he can answer.
It does seem "slightly crazy" that bracket 4 has not started.
Why do you not choose a substitute for the missing guy?
