I took a ship and eventually had less than 1/3 than the imprisioned crew. Eventually all my crew died and then I retained the ship with the prisoners as my new crew.

We've seen most of what you mentioned, but the prisoner thing is a 6:1 ratio, not 3:1. Although, if the prize crew dies, it should always return to the original owner (if there are prinsoners). |
