The idea would not be to list every single automover, and does not even necessarily appky to automovers, but is simply a device to prevent certain people from playing whom one does not particularly wish to play with. This sort of technique is already in use in many forum softwares, and similar, for instance, as an ignore list. (Speaking of which, Blue Max would do well to use a FOSS message board rather than this thing.)
