One of the supporting actresses was a particularly handsome lady by the name of Ingrid Pitt, who I have had the great pleasure of corresponding with on a number of occasions. She was reminiscing about the film during one of our many chats and mentioned that
Richard Burton confided to her with something of a smirk, that he and Clint Eastwood had a bet on who would be first to "know her in a Biblical sense"
Very non plussed she replied to him, "oh really ? so which one of you won ?"
Ingrid, is a veteran of many films and famous for some of the steamier Hammer horror films. |
