from time to time I met several players claiming to roll mainly Ones. Provided that I'm not one of them, why they don't form up to run a Torneo of several leagues?

I think Gladiatore and Gabriel Guerin will surely love this league  Actually I know that for tournament, there is a low luck house rules where all firing is consider dice 1 at that gaming system.
Have any of you heard about that? Any comments?
