If you would like to see certain scenario(s) added to the league system, just send a message to gugliandalf or Monkey Hanger. They are the webmasters in charge of scenario creation and league scenarios. There aren't too many unbalanced scenario in the league system at the moment but that can change if you can convince the 2 webmasters to add them.
