turn 11, the Halberstadt is on fire but the pilot is shooting and scoring points. I know the observers can still shoot when the plane is burning but pilots are not supposed to be able to.
the fire in the halb start on turn 11 (one of the red chits he takes is fire). in that turn he can fire at you because the action is contemporary. from now on he can't fire, tail, etc untill the fire is out.
