I decided to launch it without any fuss first to see how it goes....
.....all feedback will be welcome. It's not as nice looking as the last one, due to the fact it's now a wiki.
However, to make up for that, anyone can make an entry on the updates page. So, new squadrons can post their details themselves, squadrons can amend their details on the updates page etc. I'll still need to transfer the details to the main "active squadrons" page, but this system should mean it's a lot easier to do as there'll be no need to edit HTML etc. A very important feature is that now people can post details of tournaments on there.......so anyone who wants to set up a squadron tournament can put the details up on the squadron pages to make it more accessible and official etc. It's my way of encouraging other players to organise squadron tournaments as I'm getting organisation fatigue! 
If the pages descend into anarchy though, things may need a rethink!
P.S: If anyone can think of anything to add to the FAQ page let me know. |
