I was wondering if, by any chance, it is possible to insert in the game the Nieuport 17 with the additional lewis. This is something that exist in the real game. Look this link :

the planes number 7,10,11,12 shows a Lewis Mg on the top wing, just up the pilot head. This could make a great boost for interesting new scenarios. Maybe it is not easy to code.. but i guess that could be managed as the insertion of a totally new plane (for example "Nieuport 17l") with same plane stats of Nieuport 17, and operating weapons like Se5a, since the Lewis gun rules still have to be developed.
Please refrain to discuss question like "it would be more heavy so his moves should be changed"  'cause i'm just asking to insert something that it is *yet* in the original BlueMax boardgame.
I hope it can be somehow done, I really love the Nieuport17, and that is an awesome plane in early war scenarios when he can avoid the single gun flaw. |
