Flames occurs in all forums and sometimes can lead to very interessing posts, but insulting and offending others is not a behaviour we can tolerate.
Next time we read those kind of messages, we will remove it and, eventually, ban the user from the site.

Thanks so much and my take on this is to use the third point and ignore that kind of posts. More yet if they don't have to do with you directly.
It only helps the anger to spread, and add extra work to webmasters having to delete more unnecessary and unasked posts.
