Message text I don't know if I'm misreading the HDT tables or the results are not properly coded. In the present scenario I am playing, this is what the game log reported:
L’Orient shot at Formidable's Hull. Hdt:4,Dice:1 (Full Guns:3,CrewLoss:-1,Rake:2) Damage: 1 Crew 1 Guns
But if you look at HDT4, rolling a 1 should result in 2H-R.
And in the same scenario, this:
Terrible shot at Exeter's Hull. Hdt:2,Dice:1 (Bow Guns:1,Rake:1,Captured:-1,Stern:1) Damage: 1 Guns
But if you look at HDT4, rolling a 1 should result in 1 hull hit.
