2 turns need to be completed before it becomes a "live" game. After that an absent player will be automoved after the last movement by any player. This means if you are on a 5 day timeout and player A moved on Monday and player B moved on Friday the 5 day limit started over for player A on Friday and he would not be automoved until the following Wednesday.
