If you go at the end of the page, you can read how much time it takes to the server to generate the page, usually you'll read a message like this one:
Page generated in: 15.625 milliseconds.
Where the time needed for the page is usually well below 100 milliseconds.
Alternatively you can try to use a different domain name to access the site:
