One of the hull critical hits is wrong. I think it's number 10. In the rules, it's "Same as 5H". 5H is actually "anchor cable severed", but instead it causes 5 extra hull hits. 16 might be wrong also since it's "Same as 7H".
I'd love to see the existing targetting and "reduced field of fire" rules replaced. I believe they were adopted from somewhere else, but produce some unexpected results.
I'm sure I'll think of others. I always noted bugs in the in-game chat, so I'll try to go back through some old games also.
New stuff:
Ability to pick the target ship from eligible candidates
Ability to split broadsides so one can fire at rigging and the other at hull
