I can't remember if the Black Sheep formed in time to fly last month? If not, then your squadron will have 100% readiness and can submit 5 missions. Otherwise you will need to check the passworded page, which will tell you the readiness of your squad.
If in doubt it is probably best to submit 5 - if you can't fly that many I guess Locquax will discount the last one or two missions as appropriate.
