There are only four D7 counters available, so the worst you could face would be a 4 vs 1. I can put that together if you like.

Actually, there are six DVII.
IIRC historycally there were 15, not 50 DVII (not that there would be much difference).
As the max number of planes in a single game is 18, the best you can get is 5 DVa, 6 DVII and 6 DXII. And of course 1 Snipe.
If you like I can swap them all together in a scenario...
