Phil Hall has explained a lot of things on planes design. Start searching the correct documentation and work, then you will have to have the work validated by somebody, since you can't invent new planes. After they have been validated you will have to present them to the web masters and I think they will tell you no, unless they have been officially published in Blue Max.  |
