That would be qutie hard for Programming I think. Would this chat Open/public after the game/ first turn?
Actually the description/ League chat could serve this purpose. Right now there are too many channel that player good discuss strategy off site, it really could enchance by nettiquitte. Nothing in technology could help about this.
