in game GAME NUMBER 798003, MOVE 38 neptune is unable to turn or move as if fouled even though it is apart from any other ship. all other ships it seems are free to move. if this helps; in the turn or two previous it did grapple a friendly ship to prevent drifting but it appears to have drifted separately anyway from the grappled ship. turning to prayers in this match anyway...
