As I've already notified Parker, the scenario editor has a hard-coded restriction on the number of planes allowed in a league game. Sides must be within 1 plane difference in numbers with a max of 8 planes altogether. Thus, you could have 2 vs 1, 3 vs 2 or 4 vs 3 as odd sized scenarios.
To do a 3 vs 1 tourney, someone would have to set up private games manually and then tabulate the results.
I'm not sure if anyone is around who has access to the scenario editor code. If so, this restriction could be removed and then such leagues could be set up.
