Yeah, there are quite a few. The games usually fill up quickly enough. I actually play more there than here.
You're right, most of the previews were never created. There's no guide either, but the main changes are advanced ammo, wind change, full sails, critical hits (which aren't all correct), advanced hull sizes and guns (bigger), partial field of fire. Ships can also sink and explode. Advanced turning is implemented, so if a ship doesn't move one turn, it has to move straight the next turn before it can turn and loses one turn allowance. If I forgot anything, someone chime in.
If you create games, just make sure to specify advanced rules, as all are available. |
