But... rules says that observer LOF never blocked!?!? Well, here comes rare bug, IMHO. First, you must decide, will planes blocks or not LOF of observer. Second, if they will, you must decide, will plane immediately behind tail blocks that LOF, as now it didn't
I think its only planes at the 6 O'clock position are ignored. Your blocking plane was in the 4 O'Clock position. Or maybe it was at 3:45.
