Umh, on that note, I think I noticed that if you have 6 fuel, and perform a 3S maneuver that will bring you out the map, you still have 6 fuel in the standings... I think you should have 3, because the last move, i.e. the one that brought you out of the map, should still count.

Or am I wrong?

Anyways, I think it's a good rule.
