I always think these things are a brilliant idea. The problem is finding someone with the time and energy to commit to keeping it going... and the rest of the teams to maintain that commitment too.
I still hark back to the Tournament of Nations, that I think was kicked off by the Euro2000 footy, tho may have been the 2002 World Cup.
