It is an interesting point, according to points Gladiatore, which shot down one plane, and higher score, is the winner. However as from gameplay, how come axis win as all plane blow up.
Actually in unfavored scenario this is more ridiculous, http://www.youplay.it/play/bm_GameMove.asp?GameID=736662 viridovix shot down two plane, score the same league point as wetty11, nasone, higheagle, where nasone even didn't shot down one plane.
however as team of 4, they have a higher total score compared to Axis, so they got marginal win. and league point advantage.
i now understand why Nick don't want unbalanced scenario in League game. 
But think in this way, as in league all player have the same chance in the unfavored side so the situation is even out.
The score system is not perfect, actually in the past someone have suggested you could select the gaming system as an option.
In the original board game setting, I don't know if Phil ever think of situation like this. Let me ask for his opinion
