It is a complicated server vs admin problem which every computer people face in their daily lifes.

The usual situation is this, the admin complain the server become unstable/ocassional breakdown/slow in response.

On the other hand, the server is also complain no increase in resoure(memory/disk space)/ better working environment (like too hot, no sexy bikini sit next to the server)/ no chance of promotion.

Yerterday in one such ocassion, the server suddenly do a protest without warning or previous notice. While the admin is on the way home he need to fly back to the office and do the rememdy work, turn on the power button.

All relationship is like this, if one step start to takes the first step for negotiation, and the other side willing to listen. Things will finally get back to normal.

Too much BS, in short, the server down for 14 hours, it back to normal after restart and webmaster now looking into the sudden shutdown issue.
