There is this French site http://www.morneplaine.com/ that does Napoleonic games. When I tried it, at start they let me freely play for 40 games, then they started the restrictions for not paying, that were, if I remember correctly, that you could play only to battles and that you could could do no more than 4 turns per day. If you join it let me know it, so I challenge you.
