Surely all it needs is for every chit to be given a unique identifier and in the chit allocation subroutine a check whereby an allocated chit cannot be used again and the subroutine run again. Might take the server an extra second to run the whole programme but not a ridiculously large task.
As for the frequency. I'm open for suggestions but it isn't random as there are too many PK and FTE. |
