Of course - it was my intention to do sth to check if rules expect every situation. And by that I found that rules of this game didn't expect every situation. So the rules of cartagina are incomplete - or engine is incomplete.
If you want - you can do sth with that (f.e. fix it) if you don't care I don't care - why should I do different? - But you can check the topic - I try to improve the game....
