The blue "Pilot Killed" was omitted since the site founders (Nick, FourtApache and FineTurno) thought that it could have leaded a newbie to immediately leave the site. The words that I heard were "Think a brand new player, how he would react if his firt blue cheat is a 'Pilot Killed', personally I would stop playing here."
