Message text I must apologize Twice to Ogrebait2. 1st, I did a sloppy job of checking your credentials. I saw that you have been a member for a while, but with no games played. Clearly my mistake. I don't know if that screen opened half off of the page, or I just missed the hundreds of games played. I am all for game commentary here, especially for games like Ogre, for it is pretty similar in style to many other games here. I had some concern that you were just roving gaming sites to advertise... and I have been justly put in my place.
2nd, my post attracted JH to comment in your thread. I am sorry.
I again state my support for Ogre and Steve Jackson Games. I worked for him in 1982. I was involved in playtest for Sunday Driver and Shockwave. At one point I owned the Ogre map painted by Dennis Loubet in which the various craters and burms were done in different styles. Delta Airlines felt the need to lose my luggage, and that was the end of that... In any case, take this opportunity to check out Ogre. It is a fine game. |
