There's no way to see in the log what chits you picked on previous turns, but on Turn 32 you lost 2 engine and 2 fuselage only: given that gun destroyed chit has 3 fuselage damage on it, it would seem that you didn't lose the gun on that turn.
On the other hand, there are two turns (one of them being turn 16) where you lost 3 fuselage and you didn't fire after turn 16. Are you 100% sure you hadn't lost the gun already?

The problem is that, as I've already experienced in a couple of games, when you loose the second gun the system doesn't say "2 gun destroyed" but continues to say "1 gun destroyed". If you check, in the same game blamed by Gladiatore there is CaptVimes that has lost only one gun.

For sure Gladiatore lost his first gun between turn 5 and 8 when Omarsan scored on him three blue chits in three different turns, it can be said since Gladiatore shoot with two guns in turn 4 and with just one in turns 11, 12, 13 and 14.

Personally I advice to note the second gun hit among the special damages (no speed 3 or 4 maneuvers, no restricted maneuvers and 1 gun destroyed) that are reported to the player and made known to everybody at the end of the game or when a player goes out of action.
