Add a 74-gun second rater to each of the nations' fleets.
For balance purposes add:
Spanish 8-gun, crew average (Bahama)
British 8-gun, crew average (Thunderer)
French 8-gun, crew veteran (Fougueux)
Any interest?
I like the suggestion, I might add it soon on the beta site to test its playability
