it says Malta and Indomptable are grappled, even though Malta drifted away. As a result, Malta can't move.
I think I've seen something similar reported in an earlier thread, but wanted to make sure. Either that, or they have rocket-propelled grappling hooks!
Known bug: when a group of grappled/fouled ships hits something while drifting, the ship in the group which collided is stopped, while the rest keep drifting away from it. As a result, you can have grappled ships distant from each other. The fix should be already in the Beta code
