When you create a new scenario, you have options for: 1) How many planes are involved. You can have anywhere from 2-18 in total. 2) Which specific planes to include. You select each plane individually picking which paint job, if more than one are available. 3) Scenario title. Can be whatever you want. I include the earliest date such a scenario could take place to aid in free form campaigns like we ran last year. 4) Scenario description. Once again, can be anything you wish. I edit this so players can see which planes are included and can check their performance charts. 5) Whether this can be used as a league scenario.
You can not edit the starting locations or fuel, that's handled by the options selected each time the scenario is created by a user.
