I have the ability to create scenarios. If you have some ideas, let me know.
"Deemed suitable"? Any scenario is suitable; some are just more likely to be played than others.
I created the Late War Slugfest, New German Muscle, Siemens Power?, Runners vs. New Dancers, and some others that aren't quite that popular.
